If you want a short 30 minute workout that is boxing specific then this is a really good option. Boxing is a great cardio workout, it also improves your strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. But most of all it's fun! You can really work out the stresses of the day. As it only a 30 minute workout it is a great time saver but you will work hard in that 30 minutes.
